Deposit Procedures
Pre-authorization or Cash: Upon check-in, a deposit amount determined by the property may be taken as a credit card pre-authorization or requested in cash.
Amount: The deposit amount is set by the property according to the reservation terms.
Additional Expenses and Deductions
Not covered by deposit: Services such as market purchases, hairdresser, and water sports are not included in the deposit coverage.

Deposit Refund
No expenses, full refund: If no extra charges are made during the stay, the deposit will be refunded on the check-out day.

Card pre-authorization: For deposits held via credit or debit card pre-authorization, the refund request will be sent to the bank by the property. The time for the refund to appear on the card depends on the bank's procedures.
